Strands of Strength works closely with local hospitals, doctors and nurses to ensure each patient in need can receive a quality wig. When oncology professionals identify a candidate, they can inform their hospital system’s Strands of Strength volunteer coordinator. This person will contact our organization and we’ll help that patient receive a wig or hairpiece, free of charge.
